Golden Nile perch

In January 2010 Jakub Vágner and his teem went on a breakthrough expedition to Lake Turkana in Kenya. The aim was to map the population of the Nile perch. Turkana Lake, the world’s largest desert lake, is probably hiding the biggest perches in the world.

During the course of the expedition, a rare Golden Nile was caught perch that has not been seen for more than 30 years.
